Thank you for choosing Watley Photography! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our policies regarding bookings, payments, and session guidelines.

1. Booking & Non-Refundable Deposit

To reserve your session date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total session fee and secures your appointment. No date will be held without a deposit.

Deposits are non-transferable to other services or sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for advance notice in case of changes.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
• No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit.
• One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a $25 fee.

3. Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and ours.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all sessions.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $25 late fee or may have their session shortened to stay on schedule.
• If you arrive over 30 minutes late without notice, your session may be canceled without refund.

4. Same-Day Booking Fee

Planning a last-minute session?

• All same-day bookings (scheduled and confirmed within 24 hours of the session time) are subject to a $40 same-day booking fee.
• Availability is not guaranteed and is offered at the discretion of the photographer.

5. Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due the day before the session.

• Accepted payment methods: Invoice, Zelle, Affirm, and Cashapp.
• No images will be released until full payment is received.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking with Watley Photography, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms listed above.
